Horrible and rude customer service, job was $460 above what I was quoted, job was also delayed for 2 weeks because they ordered the wrong part, would not recommend and won't be going back, Gascoyne Auto Services up the road is much friendlier and don't stuff you around.

So rude and unprofessional service! We had a leak and the guy sold us something without consulting or having look at it. Our car got worse and started to overheat so we went there again ask them if someone can have a quick look at it. The pale guy who sold us the first thing was super rude!!! He told us to come next year, didn’t want to have anything with it, and tried to sell us another “quick solution” to the problem.

Incorrect engine oil supplied for our vechile, even after I'd given the staff the correct specs for the oil, also gave him the make, model, year etc.. Double checked with Valvoline tech line, not an equivalent at all. Also got ripped off for the engine oil filter, Autopro was advertising the filter for $38.00, the staff member charged us $50.90. Just another stupid tourist passing through your town. Have kept the invoice as proof of sold items. Hopefully no damage done to our motor. Unhappy camper....

I can only speak for my own experiences but I went in looking for help with my al-ko trailer hitch. They don't sell them and it seems like hardly anyone knows anything about this particular hitch, but the bloke there did. He then called around to find out more info and set me on the right path.So even though he wasn't able to resolve the issue with the hitch, he still went out of his way to help me. He knew there was no sale coming , but yet he still helped. And did so without any complaints.I have read the other reviews and it does sound a bit hit and miss here but I want to give them a shout out for being so helpful when I needed it.

My husband attened the store on 27 Oct 2022. Custom service was non existent, no assistance was offered. After finding products he was ignored at the counter, completely unacknowledged while checking out with absolutely no response.

Cannot recommend this business highly enough!! Julian and the team there went above and beyond to help me out sourcing parts for my busted boat trailer.Despite a well known trailer parts supplier in Perth telling me the waiting time for a new axle was 3 weeks - Autopro Carnarvon sourced me one and had it delivered within 24 hours. The friendly and helpful staff helped turn what was a pretty stressful situation into an enjoyable experience. To put a cherry on top of the experience - the bill came in a $100 less than quoted.Their outstanding effort ensured our fishing trip was saved from ending before it had started! Thanks again for all your help

Drove 200kms put of my way (plus 2 nights accommodation) to have my Navara serviced at Autopro because there is no Nissan dealer in Carnarvon. I specified a 40,000km log book service, which is a major service. I got basically an oil and filter change. I went back and spoke to the mechanic who admitted that many of the items specified in the logbook were not done. Yet he signed the logbook to say they were! I was pretty cheesed off about it. On the plus side, I overheard a store assistant doing his best to help a customer who had accidentally put diesel in his petrol car (not sure how that is possible!) by ringing every single mechanic in town to find someone who could help. Points for that! I just hope nothing goes wrong with my car between now and when I get back to Bunbury (where I'll have to pay for another 40k logbook service at Nissan), otherwise Nissan will probably tell me to walk.
